The cost of our 3 months together is $3,000 or 2 payments of $1,525.

You and I work together to schedule a time that works for you. It can be the same time each week or different times. Whatever works best.

Yes, you can make two payments — one payment of $1,525 before the first session and the other payment of $1,525 after the 3rd session

I’m in this for you. It’s my mission to help you become a happier, more in control mom. If at any point during our time together you feel that this isn’t working we can chat about it and I will refund any unused sessions.

I teach you specific skills and strategies to help you become a more in control mom. You bring specific situations that are happening IRL (anything from a morning meltdown, to an argument with your husband, to feeling anxious AF) and we get to work solving it. If you don’t have a specific issue that day, no biggie, I still teach you the skills to implement in your life that day.

Moms of young kids ages 0 through middle school. Moms who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious and like they want something to change and want to become the happier more in control mom who has fun with her family.

45 mins a week for each call then an extra 15-20 mins a day for “homework” most of the work will be implementing things we talk about into real time.
